1 ON 1 TRAINING
The benefits of 1 on 1 training is a completely individualized workout program designed for your personal goals. You get undivided attention and a more personal experience than with partner or group training.
PARTNER TRAINING
The benefits of partner training include the experience of training with a friend. Cheaper than 1 on 1 training. More individualized programming than group training.
GROUP TRAINING
Group training is good for people looking for a most cost efficient training option. As well as those who don't need as much individualized attention as 1 on 1 or partner training but still wants the benefit of having a workout planned out for them.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching is a great option for people who maybe don't live close enough to my locations, or for someone who knows how to perform exercises properly but doesnt know how to write a program. Online coaching provides you with the opportunity to use my workout plans even if you cant make it in to train with me. I will provide you with a 4 week workout phase through email for you to complete on your own. Contact me for info on online coaching.
